JSC Routine 2024 Changed [New Exam Routine] All Boards PDF

Junior School Certificate Routine 2024 for all boards in Bangladesh has been publishing. Some days before on the 1st week of August 2024, JSC Exam Routine 2024 & JDC exam routine 2024 have been announced. From on 1st November (Thursday) 2024 at 10:00 am, JSC & JDC exam 2024 will start. JSC Routine 2024 Bangladesh

JSC means Junior School Certificate. In Bangla, it is called “সমাপনী পরীক্ষা”. For General Education Board, it is called JSC, but for Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board, it is called JDC (Junior Dakhilk Certificate). Both are same certificate. Only educational board & education subjects are change. It is the second major exam for Bangladeshi students. There are 4 major public educational exams (steps) in Bangladesh. They are given below:-

  1. PSC (Primary School Certificate)
  2. JSC (Junior School Certificate)
  3. SSC (Secondary School Certificate)
  4. HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

In 2011, JSC was started allover in Bangladesh. It is the ending session of class 8. After passing this public examination JSC, students can admit in class 9. If any student will fail in JSC, he/ she won’t be able to admit in class 9.

Time duration of JSC & JDC exam is 3 hours. JSC Exam & JDC exam are held by two shifts. They are:-

  • Morning Shift at 10.00 am to 1.00 pm,
  • Evening at Shift 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

When JSC Exam 2024 Will Start?

JSC exam for general students, exam will start on 2nd November (Saturday) 2024 at 10:00 am. This exam will be finishing on 11th November (Monday) 2024.

In Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board, JDC (Junior Dakhilk Certificate) will begin on 2nd November (Saturday) 2024 at 10:00 am & it will continuing till 11th November (Monday) 2024.  In previous year 2024, JSC Exam was ongoing on 1st November (Wednesday) 2024 and it was finished on 18th November (Saturday) 2024.

JSC Routine 2024 Changed

The government has deferred the Junior School Certificate or JSC and Junior Dakhil Certificate or JDC exams tests of Saturday or Nov 9 due to Cyclone Bulbul, a severe storm which is nearing the coasts.

The JSC tests of Saturday will be held on Tuesday or Nov 12, the education ministry’s spokesman Abul Khair told bdnews24.com on Friday night. The postponed JDC exams will be held on Thursday or Nov 14.

JSC Exam Marks Distribution

The education board authority has changed the JSC Exams marks distribution; students should be aware of this. National Curriculum & Textbook Board (NCBT) has finalized the new syllabus as well as the new marks distribution system or structure for the JSC Exam 2024 and its equivalent examinations.

In the JSC exams 2024, there are 70 marks for the theoretical part i.e., writing side and the 30 marks is for MCQ. But last year there for 60 marks for writing part and 40 marks for MCQ which is changed this year. However, the marks distribution for the English subject is not changed i.e., same 60 marks for writing side and 40 marks for MCQ for English language.

 JSC & JDC Exam Procedure 2024:

  • Earlier than 3 days of Exam, examinee has to collect JSC or JDC Admit Card from School’s headmaster,
  • Examinee ought to signature in attendance sheet,
  • Examinees have not to be making fold to OMR sheet in the exam hall.
  • JSC or JDC Exam must take at particular time that is mentioned on Question paper very clearly,
  • Must use same answer script for creative & objective exam,

  • Any electronic device like smart watch, scientific calculator as well as mobile phone is not permitted in the exam hall.

13 Lakh Students start HSC Exam 2024

13 Lakh Students start HSC Exam 2024. The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations under 10 education boards begin across the country on Monday amid measures taken to prevent question paper leak in the examinations.

A total of 1,311,457 students started their HSC and equivalent examinations at 2,541 centres in Bangladesh and abroad on Monday.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid said on Sunday that sufficient preparations had been taken to ensure the higher secondary examinations are fair and proper.

The first exam began at 10am, but students were expected to take seats by 9:30am in line with the education ministry’s instructions. Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid said that ‘meaningful’ measures have been taken to ensure a proper test.

During a programme in Chittagong on Sunday, Nahid said: “We have taken stricter measures from the experience we gathered in the past. We can say that we have done everything humanly possible to prevent question leaks. We hope that the test will be held in a proper way.”

The education minister was scheduled to visit Siddheswari Girls’ College and State Minister Kazi Keramat Ali was to visit Govt Alia Madrasa on Monday.

HSC, equivalent exams begin

A total of 1,183,686 candidates sat for HSC and other equivalent examinations last year. This year saw an increase of 127,771 candidates.

A total of 1,092,607 candidates from 8,943 institutions are set to sit for the examinations from eight general education boards while 100,127 students will take their exams under the Madrasa Education Board, 117,754 under the Technical Education Board, and 969 from DIBS.

Among the candidates, 692,730 are male and 618,727 are female.

In addition, 299 students will appear in the exams from seven overseas centres where 159 are male and 140 are female.

A total of 54 tests on 28 subjects will be held in creative method as in the previous year.

The education ministry has stated that all the examinees have been asked to take their seats in the test centres 30 minutes before the HSC exam begin. Questions will be set through a lottery, 25 minutes prior to the test.

The ministry has also said nobody will be allowed to use mobile phones except for the officer-in-charge of centre, who has to use a phone without a camera.

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police has imposed a ban on the movement of anyone except Higher Secondary Certificate students and exam officials, within 200 yards of test centres.

No scope of HSC Exam question paper leak: Nahid

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid said on Monday (April 2) that they are taking all possible measures to ensure that no unfair means adopted or question paper gets leaked in examinations.

“There is propaganda about question paper leak of HSC Exam. We are making all-out efforts to combat it.” he said.

Candidates with physical disabilities will receive an additional 20 minutes in the examinations while the examinees with special needs, including those with autism, will get an additional 30 minutes. They can sit for the test with the help of their guardians or teachers.

Candidates with visual impairment, disabilities of the arm and cerebral palsy will be able to take the help of stenographers.

All the examinees have been asked to take their seats in the HSC Exam centres 30 minutes before the examinations begin. The written examinations will continue until May 13 while the practical examinations will be held from May 14 to May 23.

Govt School Admission Circular 2024 has been announced. Government high school admission test & lottery date has been fixed. Next on 25th November 2024 to 08th December 2024, Govt Primary & High School Admission 2024 online application process will be continuing. From 25th November 2024, Govt Primary & High School Admission 2024 application form will be found at school campus. Admission application form will be found in online also. This application process will be continuing till 08th December 2024.

On 17th December (Monday) 2024, 18th December (Tuesday) 2024 & 19th December (Wednesday) 2024 class 2 to class 9 admission tests will be held. And on 15th December (Sunday) 2024 class 1 lottery will be seized. Last year Govt School Admission 2024 application time was started on 1st December (Friday) 2020 & time was finished on 14th December (Thursday) 2020.

Class 9 students will be admitted on the basis of JSC & JDC Results 2024. But class 1 students will be admitted by lottery.

Application Charge of Admission Application Form

For class 1 to class 9 admission tests in Govt school, interested candidates have to collect admission application form. This year admission application form charge is fixed at BDT. 150. Those candidates or guardians will collect admission application form from school directly, and then they pay the application form fee at hand to hand. But those will collect by online; they ought to be paid application charge by Teletalk mobile phone.

How to apply School Admission Online ?

  • Interested candidate can browse this website at http://gsa.teletalk.com.bd and can fill up online application form & submit it,
  • Candidate has to upload a scanned photo in JPEG format,
  • Applicant’s photo size must be 300*300 pixels.

1st SMS: GSA<space>User ID & send 16222

Example: GSA ABCDEF

Reply SMS: Applicant’s Name, TK 150 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is (xxxxxxxx). To pay fee Type GSA<space>Yes<space>PIN & send to 16222

2nd SMS: GSA<space>YES<space>PIN & send it to 16222.

Example: GSA YES (xxxxxxxx)

Reply SMS: Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for GSA Application for xxxxxxxx. User ID is (xxxxxxxx) and Password (xxxxxxxx).

Note: If password is lost, then candidates can get it by this way.

If User ID knows:- SMS: GSA <space> Help <space> User <space> User ID and send to 16222.

Example: GSA HELP USER ABCDEF

If PIN No. knows:- SMS: GSA <space> Help <space> PIN<space> PIN NO and send to 16222.

Category wise Govt School in Dhaka City

Like last year, this year also Ministry of Education in Bangladesh has divided 36 Govt schools in Dhaka city. They divided into 3 categories. There are 13 schools in “A” category, 12 are in “B” category & another 12 schools in category “C”.

Govt School Admission Test Date 2024

Category wise Govt School Admission Test Date 2024 has been decided by Ministry of Education. Class 2 to class 9 admission date is given below:

“B” category 18th December (Tuesday) 2024
“C” category 19th December (Wednesday) 2024

Last year Category wise Govt School Admission Test Date 2024 was established on 19th December (Tuesday) 2024, 20th December (Wednesday) 2024 & 21st December (Thursday) 2024.

Govt School class 1 Lottery Result 2024

Since on 15th December 2024 class 1 lottery will be seized, this lottery result will be publish on that day at afternoon in associated school campus. Applied candidates will know their result from there. In last year, on 26th December (Tuesday) 2020 class 1 admission lottery was held & result announced on that day.

Govt School class 2 to class 9 Admission Test Result 2024

On 17th December (Monday) 2024 to on 19th December (Wednesday) 2024, Govt High School Admission Test 2024 will be held. This admission tests result will be publicized on 30th December (Sunday) 2024. At school notice board, this result will be found. Last year also admission test result publishes on 30th December (Saturday) 2020.
